The theatre at Shakespeare times.

The plays of this period of time were very last minute. Some actors received their lines just before the play. The actors was only man's. The role of women had to be played by young boys who had not gone through puberty.
They used a technique called “cue acting”. This was when someone sat behind the curtains and whispered the lines to the actors. The Theatre attracted many different types of audiences. The spectators had a range of seating options available. They could choose to pay the cheapest ticket and be a “stands”.
At the Theatre, it is believed that two plays were done every day, and that both of them were done in the afternoon. They were not done earlier because the sun was too bright. It was not done at night because there was no artificial lighting. This is why the plays were done during the afternoon.

summary

The film centers around the forbidden love of William Sakespeare and Viola, the daughter of a wealthy merchant. Shakespeare didn't have inspiration for writing, and he went to the psychologist. The psychologist said to William that he needed to put his name in a bracelet and give it to his love to got inspiration again.
When he finished his storie, he looked for people who could play. The people that came, didn't do the job properly. Exept one woman disgast as a man(Tomàs Kent) because only the man's could play on the theaters. William didn't know that she was Viola, the princess. After Shakespeare discovers his star's true identity, he and Viola begin a passionate secret affair. There are strong parallels between the pair's romance and the one in Romeo and Juliet. The element of forbidden love forms the basis of Shakespeare's inspiration, and many of their conversations later show up as some of the most famous quotes in the play. Inspired by Viola, Shakespeare begins writing feverishly. His work in progress also benefits from the off-hand advice of playwright and friendly rival Christopher Marlowe. At court, Shakespeare goads Wessex into betting fifty pounds that a play cannot capture the nature of true love. If Romeo and Juliet is a success, Shakespeare as playwright will win the money. Viola learns the play will be performed on her wedding day. After the ceremony, Viola's loyal nurse helps her slip away to the theatre. Viola takes the stage to replace him and plays Juliet to Shakespeare's Romeo. The Queen Elizabeth states that Romeo and Juliet has accurately portrayed true love and so Wessex is forced to pay Shakespeare the fifty pounds. In the finally Viola and Shakespeare, never to meet again: she must accompany Wessex to a colonial settlement in Virginia. Shakespeare immortalizes her by making the main character of his new play.
